A very tiny minority of the population has the suffering to be born with indeterminate sex. The human norm is to be born either male or female and the application of surgery and administration of hormones cannot make a man a woman or vice versa.

Nor, as is less commonly adverted, can it make an unhappy person happy.

A man who yearns to be a woman, or the other way round, is suffering from a psychiatric disturbance and needs psychological/psychiatric treatment for this dysfunction and also needs compassionate assistance to accord his/her outlook with the scientific reality of his/her sex.

This is not hate speech, nor does it make me a bigot, unless observation of reality has suddenly become evidence of bigotry.
