UPDATE 6.15PM
GOULBURN SES Deputy Controller Darryl Skinner said the Mulwaree Ponds were currently the main concern.
Water is breaking over Blackshaw Rd and into the car park but has not reached the Golf Club at this stage. Nevertheless, the Pro Shop has moved items out of harm’s way.
The SES believes Eastgrove residents won’t be affected by flooding but water from the Mulwaree Ponds is pouring on to the Carr Confoy playing fields.
Similarly, the Service is keeping a check on the Wollondilly River behind the PCYC, another area renowned for flooding. Mr Skinner said there was no cause for residents’ concern at this point.
The rain has not eased, as forecast. Goulburn has received 56mm today, according to the Bureau of Meteorology, a large part of that this afternoon.
Bungonia has received over 100mm.
“Heavy winds are pushing the rain front and it’s moving out to the ocean. It’s impacting on the esatern side of Goulburn, so most of the water is coming from the Windellama, Lake Bathurst and Bunonia side,” Mr Skinner said.

UPDATE: 3.30pm
SES Deputy controller Darryl Skinner reports that the Wollondilly River is starting to rise with heavier rain in the past two hours.
"It is not concerning us at this point but if it rises another metre or so then we'll start to worry," he said.
The Mulwaree River is also rising steadily. Around the Goulburn Golf Club the Mulwaree Ponds are flooding into the car park and the Pro Shop has been urged to move stock to higher ground.
The SES is carrying out hourly checks on the rivers.
Crews have so far attended seven call-outs, all of these leaking roofs.
The downpour is expected to ease later this afternoon as the low moves to the coast.
SUNDAY, 9:45 AM: THE State Emergency Service is keeping a watchful eye on river levels in the Goulburn area as the 'big wet' from an East Coast low sweeps across the state today.
Deputy Controller for the Goulburn region Darryl Skinner told the Goulburn Post that they were attending to a couple of call outs for leaking roofs just outside of Goulburn, and that they were also conducting reconnaissance missions around both the Wollondilly and Mulwaree rivers and keeping an eye on their levels.
" We are obviously sending out the usual warnings to not drive or play in flood waters and there is the possibility of some low-level flooding here in Goulburn by later on this afternoon," Mr Skinner said.
"The Wollondilly is still relatively stable at this time, and the Mulwaree Ponds are rising gradually at this point in time. We are also keeping an eye on the Blackshaw Road underpass, which will most likely be flooded by around midday."
In the 24 hours to 9am on this morning, the Goulburn Airport weather station had recorded 37 mm, Murrays Flat 44 mm, and Mt Gray 46mm.
