Australian Electoral Commission divisional returning officer Melissa Merryful said pre-polling will now be held in the vacant shop space next to We Know Pets and Southern Plumbing Plus, on Clinton St.
"We decided to hold it there because there is better parking and better facilities for disabled people in accessing the building," Ms Merryful said.
Doors open at 9am and close at approximately 4pm every weekday until Friday July 1. Prepoll will also be open on Saturday June 25 between 9am and 4pm.
Federal Member for Hume Angus Taylor said a sizeable number of voters were expected to vote early and he encouraged people to do so.
"There are many reasons why this federal election is one of the most important in recent memory. I'm incredibly proud that a core part of my platform as the Member for Hume and this Government's platform as we go into the next election is to support and encourage more local business people to get on, invest, grow and employ," he said.
"That's my platform, that's the Government's platform and for Goulburn city and the smaller surrounding villages, that is the essence of what makes our communities and economies tick."
Other prepoll centres in Hume are located in Camden at the Camden Civic Centre and in Bowral at 351 Bong Bong St. Prepoll in Camden and Bowral will open from Monday 20 June.
