The artist, social activist and didgeridoo player guided the group of 18 Goulburn locals through a unique Indigenous Aboriginal auditory painting exercise, making up one of the many exercises on offer for the creative afternoon.
“Indigenous Aboriginal art has come a long way from the stereotypical understanding of art and it’s extremely important that people of all ages understand where art is today,” Mr Douglas said.
The adult workshop coincided with the Speaking Colours exhibition and also included a slide show, open discussions and a performance by Mr Douglas.
