Goulburn firefighters responded to a small grass fire in the car park behind the old Huntly Arcade this morning.

At about 11.04am crew from the Goulburn brigade extinguished the minor fire located at the rear of the car park.
Upon arrival, members of the public were already working on putting the fire out.
No one was injured and no property was destroyed. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
Station manager John Hughes said residents were continuing to call the brigade directly about fires in and around the region.
“People need to call triple zero first,” Mr Hughes said. “It might seem like it’s easier calling us first, but it’s not.”
