A man, who was given a previous banning notice appeared in Goulburn Square intoxicated last week. Police said the man was causing trouble and had breached his bail.
He appeared at Goulburn Local Court on February 15.
The second case was on Sunday, at about 2.20pm, where a 17-year-old male was charged with affray outside Coles checkout. He will appear in Goulburn Children’s Court on March 22.
A 27 year-old man, who was allegedly attacked by the 17-year-old was also charged and given conditional bail to appear at Goulburn Local Court on February 22.
The incident was investigated with the help of witnesses and closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage.
This investigation led to the arrest of a third male, another 17-year-old, who was charged with a trespassing offence. He will appear in Goulburn Children’s Court on March 13.
He was previously banned from the centre.
