Can Assist fundraising auto show

The annual Can Assist Can Assist Car and Motorcycle Show is fast becoming an annual event that gets noted in diaries and calendars a must attend event.

This year's show is a little over a week away  on Saturday November 25. 

It will be held on Poidevin Oval again and everyone can be assured there will be plenty of refreshments available at the canteen and the additional  refreshment providers. Can Assist, Goulburn Rugby Club, vehicle club members and other helpers are gearing up for display of cars and bikes of all vintages.

Can Assist Goulburn and District is a not for profit charity which is dedicated to supporting local people and their families affected by cancer.  Can Assist provides assistance such as fuel and food vouchers, utility bills assistance, and help with medication costs. All proceeds go to Can Assist Goulburn and District Branch and the Goulburn Rugby Club. Full canteen facilities available. Jumping castle and face painting for the kids too. The trophies have been donated by local businesses for:

  • Best early model Holden (pre 1980)

  • Best Ute
  • Best Hot Rod
  • Best pre 1950
  • Best post 1950
  • Best of Show

 Motorbikes:

  • Best European
  • Best British
  • Best American
  • Best Japanese
  • Best of Show

Entry to the show for participating vehicles is from 8am to 9.30am with general admission from 8.30am to 2pm.

 Admission: $20 per car and a gold coin donation for visitors.
