Police allege a 37-year-old interstate male driver “intimidated” officers attached to the Hume LAC at the Marulan checking station in the early hours of Monday, January 22.
The interstate driver was “abusive” towards the officers, and as a result, more officers were called onto the scene, police say.
The male was arrested and sent to Goulburn Police station where he was issued a court attendance notice to appear in Goulburn Local Court on February 21.
