Soldiers Warriors opened the bowling with Sibin Paul and Ahkil Nair. The scoring moved along well for Green until Josh Cooper was caught by Jobin Thomas off the bowling for Sibin Paul for nine runs.
Hammad Farooq came in to replace Sibin Paul. The scoring almost stopped completely when Nair got Rajeeva de Alwis, caught by Jobin Thomas. The score was now 2 for 31 off 10 overs.
