Local lads James Aubusson, Tom Chapman, Brad Clements, Jarrod Coveney, Jarrod Croker, Tom Croker, Andy Ginn, Joe Picker, Michael Picker, Pat Smith, Tim Turner and Nathan Williams will take to the race track all to raise money for Breast Cancer research.
The 100m dash will be run at 2.30pm. Ladies attending the big raceday will have the chance to win a $770 Sheraton On The Park gift card if they’re lucky enough to be the holder of the drawn sweepstake ticket (costing only $5) that corresponds with the Gift winner.
All funds raised on the day will go towards breast cancer support and awareness. The first 200 ladies who purchase admittance will receive a gift bag.
There will be a Girls Indulgence Marquee for those ladies that require makeup freshen ups or maybe just a glass of champagne. Girls Day Out will also feature live local TAB racing as well as all the action from Sydney and Melbourne (where the world’s best sprinter, the mighty Black Caviar, will be racing).
Goulburn’s Spring Racing Carnival continues on Friday November 18 with the running of the Goulburn Workers Club Goulburn City Cup.
Racing enthusiasts will enjoy a packed eight race program, with the highlights being the Goulburn Workers Club Goulburn City Cup and the Shellscrape Goulburn Diva.
The day will also offer the fashion conscious an opportunity to impress the judges with the chance to win some magnificent prizes including weekend retreats at Solar Springs Health Retreat, accommodation packages courtesy of Waldorf and Metro Hotels, fashion prizes from Emilies, dinner packages from renowned restaurants Blue Plate Goulburn and Doyle’s at Watson Bay.
