A 47-year-old man, who resided at the property, was taken into custody and charged at Goulburn Police Station with one count of supply and one of possessing amphetamines, following the 5.30am search.
Police also took away a quantity of material they will allege is connected with the supply of drugs.
The Goulburn arrest was part of an ongoing investigation that started last year in Queanbeyan.
A short time after the local search, officers attached to Strike Force Delicate, which was formed in the Monaro Local Area Commands in August, 2012 to investigate the supply of illicit drugs in Queanbeyan and surrounding areas, swooped on 10 properties in Queanbeyan, five in the ACT and one in Cooma.
In that, the major part of the operation, 14 people were arrested and taken to Queanbeyan Police Station, where they were to be charged with a variety of drug supply offences.
The Goulburn man was granted conditional and will appear in Goulburn Court on May 29.
Acting Detective Inspector Matt Woods said more people would be arrested in relation to this and other investigations into the supply of illicit drugs.
Over the nine months of investigations conducted by Strike Force Delicate, police have seized drugs including cannabis, methylamphetamine and heroin with a street value in excess of $420,000, firearms, ammunition and other weapons.
Acting Southern Region Commander, Acting Assistant Commissioner Joe Cassar said police were committed to getting drugs off the street.
“Whether it is in a capital city, major regional centre or a small country town, we are committed to arresting drug dealers and getting their illegal and dangerous products off the street,” he said.
“I’d like to commend the excellent policing work of Strike Force Delicate. The determination, diligence and organisation displayed by the officers involved has been first class and the results, to date have been excellent.”
The operation follows numerous arrests under Operation Bluegill, targeting supply of the drug, MDMA in Goulburn.
