Police believe at about 9pm on Monday over 150 fidget spinners and a small amount of cash was stolen from a pop up store in the centre.
The haul was valued at $6,500. All four are from Goulburn and have been banned from the centre.
The owner of the pop up store realised the goods were missing the next day.
“Anyone identified as committing these offences are banned from the shopping centre,” Hume LAC Detective Inspector Chad Gillies said.
“They are being dealt with under the Young Offenders Act.”
One hundred fidget spinners are still outstanding.
Investigations into related offences have commenced.
Police urge anyone with information on this case to call Goulburn Police Station on 4824 0799.
