The event will commence at 10am on Sunday, October 22 and cover approximately 5kms in and around Victoria Park. Stations will be set up at 1km intervals and the fun run will see entrants showered in powders of vibrant colours as they wind their way through the course. While entrants are welcome to run for the fastest time, the event is for all ages and abilities. The track will take you across four colour stations leading up to the finish-line festival where runners will take part in a plethora of colour throws and entertainment after the race.
Participants in the Colour Me Fun Run receive a finishing medal of honour, Colour Me Fun Run headband, coloured wristband with their participant number, a pack of Colour Me Fun Run powder and a white event T-shirt to race in. It is the perfect background to show off what stations you’ve passed…. or missed.
Everyone is welcome to participate with costumes and calamity encouraged and running optional.
The event is an initiative from Goulburn Mulwaree Council, in collaboration with, 100% Events, who bring dynamic outdoor events to regional cities.
Marketing Manager for 100% Events, Jack Stewart, said: “We are really excited to bring the Colour Me Fun Run back to Goulburn and are expecting a mix of people, as anyone any age can join in.”
You can walk instead of run if you choose.
