The Central Tablelands of NSW has “enjoyed” a cold stretch of weather this week while nearby Oberon woke to a winter wonderland on Friday.
The first snowfall of the season creating a whiteout across the town.
Motorists are warned to take extra care on the roads and drive to the conditions.
Bathurst is forecast to reach a top of just nine degrees on Friday while in Oberon the expected top is just five.
And the central west of NSW isn’t the only area blanketed right now.
Snow is reportedly falling as low as Mount Beauty and Mongans Bridge this morning.
The Alpine resorts have been blanketed overnight with Hotham receiving around 20 centimetres of snow.
