Goulburn Club entertainment coordinator Ron McLaughlin said the night would act as a fundraiser for their venue.
"Funds raised on the night will go towards the Goulburn Club PA and lighting system in the main room," Mr McLaughlin said.
Improving the venue and its facilities is important for the club if it is to effectively achieve its aim.
"One of the club's mission statements is to promote local music and the arts in Goulburn," Mr McLaughlin said.
"To this end, the club runs a regular monthly Open Mic for new and up coming performers in the district to try out their material and develop their musical skills.
"For the last couple of years, the club has worked with the local high schools to give students the opportunity to perform in public at various featured nights throughout the year.
"The music played at the venue can provide inspiration for young upcoming artists, while the venue itselfs takes pride in giving encouragement to young, original or alternative musicians playing original, folk, jazz, blues or alternative music locally."
