Two camps will take place, with the first set to run from January 6-10, and the second to span January 20-23.
The clinics will be structured around the particular skills of the players who attend, Mortimer said.
Similar camps are often run in Canberra or Sydney, but at exorbitant prices in Mortimer's eyes.
"The total reason behind it is the price of these resources elsewhere, our kids are getting ripped off," he said. "You can pay as much as $1,000 a day.
"You can have international cricketers there, but the problem with that is that there's 30 kids, meaning they get one thirtieth of their time."
The camps will be structured in a similar fashion to the Southern Tablelands Academy coaching sessions, in which Mortimer develops the skills of talented players throughout the region with various batting, bowling, and fielding drills.
The key difference is that the holiday program clinics are open to any players who express interest.
"The clinic is open to everybody and anybody who wants to put their hand up," Mortimer said.
"We don't promise kids will get a baggy green by the end, but we do promise they'll leave better than they came.
"The kids that have been though the Tully [Park Indoor Centre] coaching setups are guys who have played state and Australian juniors, so they obviously get some benefit from it."
The number of players in attendance will determine which coaches Mortimer will call in to give players guidance.
"If the numbers are really low, I'll bring in some local level one guys, but if the numbers are high enough and we can afford it, we'll bring in some Sydney-based coaches," he said.
The clinics have run for roughly a decade. Each year features camps in October, prior to the beginning of the season, and camps in January, during the Christmas break.
The clinics will run from 10am to 3pm each day, and players are asked to bring drinks and lunches.
Prices are $60 for one day, or $50 per day for multiple days. Limited gear can be supplied, but players are asked to bring their kits when possible.
