The Lilacs will start the night off, followed by Copyright, Trinity, Apryll and Dhjani and Charlotte Lock.
The night will end with the two feature acts Hedy Blaazar and Lady Denman, who call themselves Canberra's hottest indie post-punk folk-apocalyptic jangly bliss pop band conquering the world in velvet..
McColl was very pleased with the lineup he managed to conjure up together and spoke highly of Hedy Blaazar.
"They are from Sydney," McColl said.
"They have played in Goulburn a few times before.
"They are mainly folk based with violin accompaniment.
"They do a lot of original stuff which talks about social commentary and a lot of current issues as well."
He was also very excited about the other main act also from Canberra.
"Lady Denman played here a few years ago," he said.
"They've been wanting to come back for a while.
"They just had to organise a right time to fit in with everyone's schedule."
Lady Denman consists of Jayne Hoschke with the vocals, ukulele, keys and guitar, Ella McNiece on the violin and vocals, Beth Monzo on the guitar, Flo Verity on the bass and Maddie Stoove on the drums.
Parents and guardians must accompany the youth attending.
