People can now only purchase one pack at a time, supermarket co-owner Floyd Davies said.
The supermarket received a delivery of 2.5 pallets on Thursday morning and again on Friday morning, and both sold out within three hours.
More pallets are expected to be delivered to Crookwell IGA over the weekend.
"There is no need for bulk buying as toilet paper is made in South Australia at the Kleenex factory and supply has been increased to meet demand," Mr Davies said.
Mr Davies said pressure had been put on his supermarket after supermarkets in Goulburn ran out of toilet paper.
People have also been panic buying tissues and hand sanitisers at Crookwell IGA.
Mr Davies said there had been a lot of talk among customers about the virus.
"Crookwell IGA has introduced hand sanitising procedures for all staff and facilities are available for customers as well," Mr Davies said.
The total number of cases detected in NSW is now 26. A Goulburn resident quarantined in Darwin was reported with the virus this week.
