Hibo Green await the winner of Hibo Gold and the Workers Stags who play in the elimination final of the 2020 Goulburn District Cricket Association on Saturday, March 14.
Green captain Dane Stevenson felt the three teams that made the finals deserved to do so.
"I think the ladder is reflective of the consistency of all teams," Stevenson said.
"Crookwell at full strength are better than what they've demonstrated all year.
"In the last few games of the season, they've shown they are a very good team when they get their best players on the park.
"Stags are a big game team, but they haven't been as consistent this year."
Stevenson was a little surprised the Stags didn't finish higher up on the ladder, but talking to their captain on the weekend, they've only beaten Gold once this year, which supports the ladder.
Green will be watching the elimination final and while he doesn't have a preference on who they go up against in the final, he knows the strength of the two teams like the back of his hand.
"We know what both teams bring," Stevenson said.
"Stags are a team that can put 300 on you in a one day match as they have a really dynamic batting lineup.
"Gold have got a young group of players, but their batting can get them off to a really quick start and their bowlers are very capable of making early inroads."
In the meantime, Green will keep it simple in their week off.
"Nothing changes for us," Stevenson said.
"It's not the time of year to start reinventing the wheel and doing different things."
The grand final will be at Seiffert Oval on Saturday, March 21.
