On Friday, March 6 The Goulburn Post conducted a poll asking residents what items they were stockpiling.
Over the past week 229 people responded.
A total of 174 respondents weren't stockpiling and had simply watched events unfold.
Sixteen people were stocking up on alcohol and seemed to believe that a glass of wine a day was one way to keep the doctor away.
Tinned food was next on the list with 12 people keen on a prepped pantry.
Astoundingly, 'TP preppers' were way down with only 11 people saying they stockpiled toilet paper.
Paracetamol was head to head with dunny paper at 11 votes while face masks came in last with five.
