The crash occurred at 10.30am near the entry to Victoria Lane.
A 74-year-old Goulburn man told The Post he was driving west in his Ford Escape with his wife when an eastbound silver Toyota did a u-turn and crashed into his car. The impact broke the front windscreen of his vehicle and caused front-end damage. The Toyota sustained significant passenger-side damage but the 30-year-old male driver and 29-year-old man in the passenger seat were not injured.
At the same time, a truck whose driver had just picked up garbage from Victoria Lane, had stopped to emerge on to Bradley Street.
The 45-year-old Canberra man said the Toyota also hit the front of his vehicle, causing minor damage.
"I had to reverse back to let them out," he said.

Police did not attend the scene but paramedics treated the woman before taking her to Goulburn Base Hospital. Her husband said the air bag had struck her in the face and she was shaken up, but was otherwise unhurt.
Goulburn Mazda owner Kieran Davies assisted those involved, including facilitating exchange of details.
