As a follow-up to hosting an online forum on the impact of business of COVID-19 on Thursday, March 26, the Goulburn Chamber of Commerce will host a second online forum on Friday, April 3 from 2.30pm.

Attendance is free and open to all business owners in Goulburn Mulwaree.
Those interested can join via the link found on the Chamber website.
The link will also be provided on the Goulburn Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
To assist business owners who may not be familiar with Zoom meetings, the Chamber has posted to its website links to a number of Youtube clips on joining and participating.
Presentations by local and regional experts will cover the government's stimulus packages as they relate to businesses and the latest advice from the Department of Health.

Of particular interest to Chamber members will be the federal government's JobKeeper payment.
Within five hours of the announcement on Monday, March 30, almost 60,000 businesses had registered their interest on the Australian Tax Office's website.
The JobSeeker payment is to be backdated to March 1 to include people already stood down and the money will flow in early May.
As with other stimulus packages, business owners will be wanting to know whether they are eligible to and how to access the benefits.
Presenters at the forum will be:
- Member of Southern NSW Local Health District Board Geoff Kettle, giving an update on COVID-19 testing and case numbers in the local health district.
- Amelia Hewitt from local accountancy firm Boyce Chartered Accountants covering the JobKeeper payment.
- ACT and Southern Inland Ausindustry support for business regional manager David Barbalet, incentives and stimulus packages available for business from the federal government.
- Mission Australia area manager Daniel Strickland, speaking about the importance of maintaining mental health during this period.
The Chamber encourages local business owners to get in contact if they have questions or topics they would like covered at future business forums.
