Are you required to attend court for an upcoming matter?
Goulburn Court and Moss Vale Court have implemented precautions to protect the community from COVID-19.
A Department of Communities and Justice spokesperson said the safety and wellbeing of court users, staff and the community "is our number one priority".
"Security and health screening including temperature testing and answering health questions is conducted at all courthouses, including Goulburn and Moss Vale," the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said the number of people in the courthouses is also "closely monitored to comply with the physical distancing limits currently in place".
"As a result, people may be required to wait outside until their matter is heard," they said.
"At Moss Vale and at other courthouses where queues sometimes form at busy times COVID-19 marshals are assisting court users to stay safe."
Other measures in place include increased cleaning throughout courthouses, standard signage displayed around the building and the availability of hand sanitiser.
"The Department of Communities and Justice recognises the health crisis is rapidly changing and is continuing to monitor the situation closely, as well as complying with directives from the federal and state governments," the spokesperson said.
