Causing delays, the truck has blocked all South bound lanes which are now closed.
Live Traffic NSW said traffic can still pass, but it's slow going.
"Traffic is using the breakdown to get past," Live Traffic NSW said.
"The call came through at 2:30pm. It's a good idea for people to delay their trip until all of this is sorted."
Police Media said that the driver is okay.
"We were called at 2:20pm to a truck on it's side," Police Media said.
"The driver is up and out of the vehicle thankfully. There is a bit of leakage on the road. Police are directing traffic.
"We would advise for the public to avoid the area if possible."
