Her photographic work captures the portraits of senior residents who give back to the community.
One of her portraits is that of late Alfie Walker (senior), who is remembered for his cheerful disposition and larger than life personality.
A legend in local league circles, his portrait holds a special place in the heart of his family members who felt a deep connection with it at the time of the exhibition in 2019 at the Goulburn Regional Art Gallery.
Mrs Milson became a part of the exhibition in 2017 and has tried to capture the pride the senior residents have in themselves and their life in her portraits.
"The portraits have been travelling for around two years. They have been exhibited at a number of art galleries and libraries," she said.
"They are home now."
The portraits of Alfie Walker (senior) and other members of the community will be displayed this month.
Mayor Bob Kirk said that the portraits have arrived in Goulburn and are in the process of setting up to be displayed.
"It will be shared in our community at the Goulburn Community Centre soon," he said.
The portraits will be displayed at the venue this month after an official opening.
The Art of Ageing exhibition includes the portraits of Goulburn residents aged 50 and older.
The exhibition was instigated by the NSW government, through family and community services, with an idea to celebrates the value, experience and contribution older people bring and challenges the out-dated perceptions of ageing.
It also seeks to increase their participation in the arts and cultural activities, as part of the NSW Ageing Strategy.
