That's what Goulburn South Public School students and staff did a couple of weeks ago when they celebrated Book Week in style.
The week celebrates books and Australian children's authors and illustrators.
Classroom teachers, teacher librarians and public librarians create colourful displays, develop activities, run competitions and tell stories relating to a theme to highlight the importance of reading.
Everyone was focused on dressing up as their favourite character in their favourite book.

During the festivities the library held a Book Fair for students to be able to purchase their much loved books that they would be able to enjoy forever.
The students enjoyed the fact that the teachers dressed up as well.
The school found that it was one of the most supported book weeks that we have had for a few years.
