Best Buys manager Geoff Maguire generously set aside some room in his store to allow Mr Lamarra and his wife Adriana to set up a stall selling Christmas decorations including balls and garlands.
All the funds raised will go towards getting new furniture and heating up at the redeveloped part of Goulburn Base Hospital.
Mr Lamarra said it was good to be helping the local hospital as they help heaps of local people.
"We chose the hospital because they serve the community really well and we wanted to give back," Mr Lamarra said.
"We are thankful to Geoff for giving us this space."
The Christmas decorations were donated from international resources which were meant for Carols by Candlelight, but since the event ceased a few years ago, a new use was found for them.
Mr Lamarra said he had seen customers come from all over the state.
The community spirit doesn't end there.
Harvey Norman has decided to join in by putting a donation tub in the store to allow the public to donate things like nonperishable food items to those less privileged.
Jay David from Harvey Norman said his store was always happy to help out the community.
Christmas decorations can also be bought at the front of Harvey Norman and Mr and Mrs Lamarra showed their gratitude by helping decorate the store.
There's more.
