The awards recognise those working in museums and galleries across the state and the contributions they make.
They allow museums and galleries to promote their achievements and raise their profile within the sector and the broader community.
Produced by Sidney McMahon, the exhibition takes inspiration from Chris Gaines, Dolly Parton's lyricism and Keith Urban's Instagram account.
Ceo of museums and galleries of NSW Michael Rolfe said Goulburn did a fantastic job.
"There have been some incredible initiatives across the state by organisations going above and beyond to deliver their programs, connect with audiences and communities, and to ensure the sustainability of the sector," Mr Rolfe said.

"I was particularly impressed with the sector's willingness and adaptiveness in adopting technology to connect with their audiences and communities as well as the positive focus on local artists and projects.
"The ability of so many of the nominees to think outside the box and bravely embrace unfamiliar approaches to exhibitions and engagement has been inspiring."
McMahon's work can be seen at the gallery until June 27.
