Playing for Hibo CC in the second round of the local first and second grade T20 tournament, McAlister's left arm pace proved too much for the Warriors, who tumbled to 9-79 at the end of the first innings.
It was a stunning return to form for McAlister, who fell ill with heatstroke in round one and was forced to leave the field.
The clash at Seiffert Oval was the first of two on Saturday, and Hibo made short work of the chase as Chris Duffy's thunderous 56 not out (which included six sixes) saw them home with more than nine overs and eight wickets to spare.
The second match of the day at Seiffert, was played under lights, and was expected to be relatively one-sided as the Astor Rats took on first-grade stalwarts in the Stags.
However, showing the same form which allowed them to dominate the Goats in round one, the Rats put on a batting clinic in the first innings and scored 8-168.
Tom McGregor and Ben Fahey were the standout bowlers for the Stags, with 2-30 and 2-31 respectively, but they could not restrict the Rats' talented batting lineup.
Chasing 169, the Stags stumbled early at 2-21, before opener Simon Fitzsimmons was joined by Sam Woodberry at the crease.
The pair put on 77 together before Fitzsimmons was dismissed for 61 from 45 deliveries, which triggered a devastating collapse.
From 2-98, the Stags lost 6-51 to reach 8-149 by the end of the 20th over, 20 runs short of the target.
The third fixture of the weekend pitted Crookwell against the Goats in Crookwell.
On the Lin Cooper Rec Arena wicket, the home side dominated thanks to an all-round team effort.
Batting first, Crookwell posted 5-187 after scores from Tom Croker (38*), Blake McCarten (27), Jake Paterson (27*), Jacob McGregor (26), Marty Travers (24), and Josh Paterson (21).
In response, the Goats could only muster 4-110 from their 20 overs. A miserly spell of 2-13 from Travers set the tone, and 10 players bowled for Crookwell as they coasted to a comfortable victory.
The weekend's results leave the Rats on top of the T20 ladder with two wins from their two matches, with Hibo, the Stags, and the Warriors respectively rounding out the top four.
Next weekend is the last round of play before the Christmas break. On Saturday, December 12, the Goats will play the Warriors, Crookwell will play the Stags, and the Rats will take on Hibo.
