Tuggeranong Schoolhouse Museum curator Elizabeth Burness hosted the event that was all about fashion from the 1920s to now.
She showed off men and women clothing from the 20th century including mini skirts, swimsuits, bikinis, hats, shoes.
Ms Burness said she collected most of the clothing.
This event was a part of the Our Living History Festival which celebrated Goulburn's 158th birthday.
Larrain Whitehouse from Celebrate Goulburn said the festival as a whole was fantastic.
"The festival is intended to bring visitors to Goulburn and this helps to boost the city's economy," Ms Whitehouse said.
"Keeping our history alive hopefully gives the community and especially the younger generation a reason to promote their pride in their city."
Other activities on the weekend included markets at the Goulburn Historic Waterworks, tours of St Saviour's and Mortis Street Cemetery and historical talks at Goulburn Mulwaree Library.
