A fourth man has been charged after cannabis valued at $7.5 million was seized in the state's Southern Highlands.

Earlier this week, detectives from The Hume Police District commenced an investigation after receiving information relating to the cultivation of cannabis at a property near Goulburn.
Following extensive inquiries, a search warrant was executed at a property on Junction Point Road, Crooked Corner, about 80km north west of Goulburn, from 10am on Thursday (18 March 2021).
During the search, investigators located three large-scale outdoor greenhouses being utilised for cannabis cultivation.
Police seized 3,513 cannabis plants and over 140kg of dried cannabis leaf - with a combined estimated potential street value of over $7.5 million.
Three men - aged 26, 27 and 35 - were arrested at the property and taken to Goulburn Police Station where they were charged with cultivate prohibited plant (large commercial quantity) and supply prohibited drug (large commercial quantity). They remain before the courts.
Following further inquiries, a 23-year-old man was arrested at a property on Junction Point Road yesterday (Friday, March 19 2021).
He was taken to Goulburn Police Station and charged with large commercial cultivation of cannabis and large commercial drug supply.
The man was refused bail and is due to appear before Goulburn Bail Court today (Saturday, March 20 2021).
