All members and their guests are invited to the event from 5pm on Monday, April 12 at the Crookwell Hotel Motel.
The meeting will be held early with dinner to follow in the bistro.
Mr Jackson will give an update of NSW Farmers Association's activities.
The annual meeting will cover the submission of the annual report, the presentation of the Balance Sheet, the election of office bearers, motion for capitation fees and the nomination of the annual conference delegates.
The general meeting will discuss Transgrid, motions, which is an opportunity for members to assist in the direction of the organisation moving forward, and a regional services manager update and general business.
