Braving the cold and maintaining social distancing, scores of people attended the Anzac Day Dawn Service at Queanbeyan on Sunday.
The service started at 5:30am at the Queanbeyan RSL building located at Crawford Street.
Matt Helm, president of the RSL sub-branch at Queanbeyan said that he was glad that people were able to attend the service this year.

"We could not hold the ceremony last year due to the pandemic. I am happy to see that people remember those who have served the country," he said.
This year is the 106th anniversary of the landings at Gallipoli.
For the first time in 2020, Australians marked Anzac Day without marches for the first time due to coronavirus.
