The Goulburn Bears' Under 12 Girls, Under 18 Boys, and Under 18 Girls have all qualified for finals following strong displays in the third round last weekend.
Bears committee members and coach of the Under 18s Girls, Andrew Stewart, said the association had high hopes for its sides.
"I think the signs are there for all the teams that any of the three can come away with the win in two weeks with the finals," Stewart said.
"It's just a matter of putting the full 40 minutes together for the game, there's no reason why we can't have three winners."
The Under 18 Girls had the strongest campaign of the Goulburn finalists, with six wins and three losses - all of which came at the hands of the unbeaten Canberra Nationals.
Should the Bears and the Nationals meet again in the finals, Stewart thinks Goulburn will have a psychological edge.
"They're undefeated and the only team that's beaten us, and we led for more than half the game on the weekend," he said.
"The girls now believe we can beat them, which we can. And if we meet them in the grand final, the pressure will be on them to stay unbeaten."
Meanwhile, the Under 18s Boys group, which was combined for the first two rounds, split into Division One and Division Two last weekend.
Goulburn qualified for the top tier, but struggled in round three and lost all three of its matches.
There was plenty to like about the Bears boys' performances, but Stewart emphasised the need for the team to put together a full match at top form, instead of scattered moments.
"They didn't get a win on the weekend, but they showed signs that they can compete," he said. "It's just a matter of putting the full 40 minutes together."
Meanwhile, like the Under 18s Boys, the Under 12s Girls division will be split for finals.
Unlike the boys, round three was played with all ten sides, and the Bears scored two losses and a win in their final round match, 43-33 over Moss Vale Magic.
That result secured them eighth place on the ladder, which was enough to sneak through to Division Two finals.
"The Under 12 Girls in particular have improved every round," Stewart said.
"There's no reason why they can't beat all those teams in Division Two. The team who is first in Division Two, Albury Cougars White, the girls should have won that game."
The fourth Goulburn team in the Waratah League, the Under 14s Girls, were extraordinarily unlucky to miss out on a finals spot.
Having finished equal-fourth alongside Canberra Nationals Navy, the last finals spot was decided based on the matches between the two.
Canberra won their first match, 59-50, in round two, while Goulburn won their second, 38-36, in round three. However, as the for-and-against ratio slanted in the Nationals' favour, they qualified for finals over the Bears.
The finals will take place across all divisions on May 22 and 23. Full fixtures are yet to be released.
