Rocky Hill is a spectacular part of town.
That's why former local policeman Bob Buxton decided to do a scroll saw of the Goulburn icon.
What's even better is that he decided to donate the artwork to the Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
Mr Buxton said his interest in scroll saw came after he met two time national title winner with the Australian Scroll Saw Network (ASSN) Ted Hawkins.
"I met Ted who taught me how to do it," Mr Buxton said.
"It's very addictive and very relaxing.
"You have to have patience and have good concentration."
Goulburn Mulwaree Council mayor Bob Kirk was amazed by the artwork and had nothing but admiration for Mr Buxton's masterpiece.
"It was sensational," Cr Kirk said.
"I have a great appreciation of the work of any artist.
"The artwork is just something special and different.
"It requires a lot of talent and patience."
The scroll saw of Rocky Hill will most likely be put in the council's museum.
