Zauner Constructions, who are undertaking the project, have consulted with adjoining properties including the Goulburn Post Office, Goulburn Court House and Roses Cafe to notify them of the upcoming removal.
Some minor disruptions are to be expected on Saturday May 30.

However, traffic control will be in place when required.
The focus of the project at the moment has included internal wall framing, service installation (hydraulic, fire, electrical, mechanical and IT services), and structural steel installation.
Construction is on track for completion by the end of the year, with internal fit-out to continue in January before an official opening in late February 2022.
