Under the public health order, cemeteries are not required to close and attending a funeral or memorial service is a reasonable excuse to leave home.

Meanwhile, Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) has been notified of two positive COVID-19 cases in the Goulburn area.
Both cases are household contacts of the Goulburn case reported on August 18, 2021.
There are no public exposure sites related to these cases.
The individuals were not active in the community for any portion of their infectious periods.
NSW Health urges people to continue to present for testing with even the mildest of cold-like symptoms.
