Goulburn Mulwaree Council will be opening the outdoor pool for the summer season on Monday, September 27 following last week's announcement by the NSW Government.

A strict COVID safety plan is in place for operation, and council encourages the community to do the right thing so we are able to keep the facility open.
Rules of operation are as follows:
- The facility is only open to residents of the Goulburn Mulwaree Council LGA as per the public health order
- Masks must be worn at all times when not in the water
- All normal COVID-19 restrictions around QR check-in, social distancing and the four sqm rule still apply
- Normal rules for pool use also apply, with parental supervision required for children under the age of 12
There is no requirement for users to be fully vaccinated at this stage, but people must stay within their family groups when at the facility.

No learn to swim programs, swim club or organised sporting activities are permitted, in line with the rules on community sport.
Please note we also have a strict policy on get in to swim and get out.
Council encourages the community to enjoy a swim at the Goulburn Aquatic and Leisure Centre, with the water hovering between 26 - 28 degrees.
