Remembrance Day service in Goulburn is one to remember

November 11 is the opportunity to reflect and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifices in world wars. Malcolm Ritchie, the President of the Goulburn RSL Sub-branch hosted this year's service at Belmore Park.

Plenty of trucks pulled up in town for the Convoy For Kids (C4K) on November 14. The event aims to provide support for local children with cancer, terminal illness, permanent disabilities and those in need by providing financial assistance to the families of such children with special needs.

Year 12 students across NSW finally sat down this month for their much-anticipated HSC exams. Students in the Tablelands were relieved to begin the examinations.
Goulburn PCYC's Blue Light Disco at the Workers Club a big hit for the young'uns

Hundreds of young Tablelanders between the ages of five and 12 put on their boogie shoes last Friday (November 26) for a Blue Light Disco. Plenty of prizes were won on the night, including after a game where children had to stop dancing when the music stopped.
Goulburn U3A puts council candidates under the microscope

Members of the community posed questions to the Goulburn Mulwarree Council candidates at a local forum this month. Topics like the selling of property at the Bourke Street depot were discussed.
