Fire at Kenmore Hospital
The historic Kenmore Hospital went up in flames on October 16.
Fire and Rescue NSW were notified of the fire at the abandoned psychiatric facility at about 4pm and, upon arrival, saw the building was well alight.
Following an investigation police revealed they had identified the alleged offenders by October 23.
Goulburn residents react to Silly Solly's signage
This caused quite a stir back in October with residents debating the signage of Silly Solly's on Auburn Street.
"Goulburn should be encouraging these stores, not deterring them. I for one am pleased this store is coming to Goulburn as it will bring people from other towns to shop there and than elsewhere in the city."
Goulburn's new police station revealed
By 2023, you'll be able to take in both the NSW Police Academy as well as the new Goulburn Police Station in one sweeping view, and the first step in that direction was taken today with a sod-turning on site.
Minister for Police and Emergency Services David Elliott, NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller and Member for Goulburn Wendy Tuckerman were all on hand for the occasion.
Goulburn's Lilac Festival queen Brittany Bryant tips lid to grandmother
A half-century of festival history turned full circle on Saturday as Brittany Bryant was crowned Lilac queen.
The 22-year-old could hardly contain her excitement as Mayor Bob Kirk announced the honour at Saturday's official opening of the 70th Lilac City Festival.
It came 50 years to the day after Brittany's grandmother, Dianna Bryant (nee Smith), was named Lilac Queen.
