She also finished second in the state at the Indoor tournament at Tuggeranong earlier this year.
Cadence first took up archery 15 months ago and in that short space of time, has proven to be a highly skilled competitor.
Shooting 3D targets with a Diamond Prism Compound Bow, she was the Junior Marulan club champion in 2020 and has also won five other titles at Wagga Wagga Eurobodalla and Adaminaby.
Cadence's family is also involved in archery and she said she first took up the sport to try something new and learn new skills.
"It's just going somewhere new and understanding where to shoot on the target."
She is looking forward to more competitions in 2022 but said the enjoyment she gains from the sport is what keeps her involved.
Cadence trains both at home and at the Tuggeranong Archery Club Monday nights and every second Sunday.
