One female patient in her 30s was taken to Canberra Hospital for spinal precautions.
The other was a man in his 50s who was treated on the scene.
A contra-flow was established on the northbound lane and remained in place for four hours while the scene was processed.
Yesterday:
Two people were treated for minor injuries after their vehicle careered off the road and into bushes some 20km south of Goulburn.
At about 5pm today, NSW Ambulance were notified of the car rollover 1km east of the Hume Highway and Wollogorang Road intersection on the Hume Highway.

A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said two occupants managed to get out of the northbound vehicle before being treated by the one crew that attended the scene.
Paramedics were considering whether to transport one patient to Goulburn Base Hospital.
Two RFS Mulwaree support trucks also attended the scene, but returned to the station soon after.
No traffic was affected.
