Thanks to funding from the Veolia Mulwaree Trust (VMT), both the Braidwood Old Sunday School Hall Association and the Braidwood Community Association are now able to further enhance their generous output to the community.
The hall association received $13,462 to help with the restoration and refurbishment of the Old Anglican Hall while the latter received $18,299 to contribute to the new Braidwood Skatepark's new barbecue facilities.

VMT chairman Justin Houghton said the main aim was to better local communities.
"The work we do at the Woodlawn Eco Precinct enables us to proudly support worthwhile community projects, which collectively benefit thousands of people," Mr Houghton said.
"To date, the Trust has contributed over $12 million to more than 1400 local projects, and with every round of applications, locals show us how passionate they are about improving their communities.
"Empowering people to make their ideas happen is one of the best parts of the job.
"Congratulations to the recipients, we look forward to seeing your projects come to life and the positive impacts they will bring."
The Braidwood Old Sunday School Hall Association has also had further upgrades in recent times.
Over the last century, the street level had risen, creating rainwater to flow under the hall as well as backing up at the side of the building.
This made the structure damp and rot set in, but since the structure became solid again, landscaping work was carried out to ensure the integrity of the building was safe.
