Emergency services are on the scene of the crash on the Federal Highway, near the Crowthers Lane junction, some 14km from Goulburn.
An ambulance media spokesman said a man aged in his fifties had lost control of his southbound bike shortly after noon on Tuesday.

One ambulance crew is treating the man for what are believed to be minor injuries. The male is conscious and breathing and in a stable condition.
Police said he would be transported to Goulburn Base Hospital by road ambulance.
One southbound lane of the Federal Highway is closed but is expected to be re-opened shortly.
RFS Goulburn Support unit also attended the scene as a precaution.
