The event took place on March 4 and the team officially handed over the cheque to Make-A-Wish on Tuesday March 22.
After torrential rain lashed NSW at the start of the month, the team thought they would have to postpone their first charity day.
However, they were relieved to finally be given the green light to go ahead by the Goulburn Golf Club just 40 hours before the start time.
The day kicked off in the morning at the club with breakfast, before players battled it out on the green in teams of three for the Ambrose event.
A few unexpected showers meant the game was played in various seasons throughout the day, but overall the forecast was in their favour.
Afterwards, all players and attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch and snapped up items at the live auction, silent auction and raffles, raising funds for Make-A-Wish.
Hotondo Goulburn managing director, Phillip Meares, said their partnership with Make-A-Wish Australia began in 2014 and has grown into a major element of the business.
"Hotondo Homes partnered with Make-A-Wish Australia as we believed the values of both organisations perfectly aligned," Mr Meares said.
"At Hotondo Goulburn, we are passionate about supporting Make-A-Wish Australia to create a world of possibility for children facing life-threatening illnesses.
"We thank everyone for supporting our Charity Golf Day and helping to make a lasting difference. We look forward to hosting this event annually."
Through sponsorships, fundraisers and direct donations, the Hotondo Homes network has raised over $400,000 for Make-A-Wish Australia since their partnership began.
