But how they made their fortune could not be more different.
New research from City Index probed the Forbes' list of the world's billionaires to find the youngest Aussies on the list.
None are as young as the world's youngest billionaires aged 19, Italy's Clemente Del Vecchio ($6.1 billion) and South Korean Kim Jung-youn ($2 billion) - who gained significant inheritances.

Melanie Perkins, Cliff Obrecht & Cameron Adams
Canva co-founders Melanie Perkins, 36, her husband Cliff Obrecht, 37, and their collaborator Cameron Adams, 43, all rank in the top 10 youngest Australian billionaires.
With a net worth of $5.6 billion Ms Perkins is the nation's youngest alongside Ginia Rinehart, according to Forbes.
Canva, the free content creation platform, was the brainchild of Ms Perkins who hails from Western Australia and is CEO of the company.

The 43-year-old co-founders and co-CEOs of Atlassian are the wealthiest of Australia's youngest billionaires.
Mike Cannon-Brookes, $18 billion, and Scott Farquhar, $17.5 billion, created the Sydney-based software company as college friends in 2002.
Nigel Austin
Coming in at 10th spot is 52-year-old Nigel Austin, the founder and majority owner of Cotton On Group.
Mr Austin started selling denim jackets from his car boot at a Geelong market in 1988 before opening the first Cotton On store in 1991.
He is the son of Garry Austin who founded the Austin Group with clothing brands GAZMAN, Cable and Perri Cutten.
