Manchester City have been charged for the behaviour of their players after the referee was surrounded towards the end of Sunday's dramatic 3-3 draw with Tottenham in the Premier League.

Erling Haaland led the protests after Simon Hooper failed to play advantage as City threatened to break on goal in the closing moments.
The Football Association charged that City failed to ensure their players behave in a proper manner.
Haaland continued his complaints after the final whistle, expressing his frustration in a post on X when responding to video of the stoppage-time incident. He is yet to face separate action for his conduct.
Haaland was brought down by Tottenham defender Emerson Royal as City went in search of a winner after Dejan Kulusevski's 90th-minute equaliser. As the striker got back to his feet and released Jack Grealish with a pass Hooper blew his whistle.
It is not clear whether this is because he had initially played advantage, then changed his mind, or given the foul and was blowing again to stop the play continuing.
The body that runs refereeing in England has not explained Hooper's actions but he has not yet been stood down from refereeing duties for Sheffield United vs Liverpool on Wednesday.
Haaland on Monday followed up his social media complaint, which simply read 'Wtf' (an obscene slang abbreviation) on a video of the incident, with a good-natured response to a humorous tweet referencing him.
The 23-year-old's incredulous expression during Sunday's match was edited into The Scream painting by Norwegian artist Edvard Munch.
Reposting the image, Haaland wrote: "Wtf that made me smile for the first time today."
City have until Thursday to respond.
