The Union St hotel has been described by agents Richardson and Wrench of Bowral as offering an excellent investment opportunity for potential buyers.
The Victorian architecture building includes three bar areas, separately managed bistro and 12 rooms of accommodation as well as spacious three bedroom manager’s accommodation.
It also includes full TAB facilities and nine poker machines offering an excellent cash flow business from its regular clientele, said Richardson and Wrench licensee Michael Maloney.
The present management, Michael and Leanne Foster, are willing to stay on and manage the hotel on behalf of the new purchaser if desired.
