Following Blair Woodcock's departure from the popular Blair at Brekkie program, Mr Shipp started his morning show on January 7 and is promising to bring a fresh, family guy style to the airwaves.
Mr Shipp says he is "just your average Joe Blow" who enjoys simple things like having a barbecue and a beer with his friends and family and spending time with his wife Kate and their two-year-old son Bailey.
Mr Shipp has been in radio since 2002, starting out in Bega and then in Dubbo. He says he applied for the position in Goulburn because he had listened to Eagle FM before and thought it was "one of the stations I would like to work at."
