Special thanks goes to Joe Cooke for the work he did in organising and running both tournaments. Thanks also to the umpires, people involved in the day-to-day running who also gave their time, especially Scott Cooper and his staff, the mother club and the caterers at the Bowling Club for their assistance in all ways. Without this we would not have been able to run this tournament.
Congratulations also to the green staff of Terry, Mick and the volunteers for the great job done in preparing the top class greens that were presented for this tournament. The club will be running a men’s three bowl triples monthly mini tournament every third Monday of the month and it’s open to all registered male bowlers.
The first prize money will be $300, second $150 and third $75 per team. Entry fee is $45 per team and paid at time of nomination. Play begins at 9.30am in c creams or uniform. Nomination forms must be in by 5pm Friday prior to the day of play. The next round will be held on Monday March 21.
